Welcome to the Women's Center

The University of Dayton Women’s Center advances gender equity across identities, utilizes and models intersectional and anti-oppression framework, and advocates for an equitable University culture and community for all.

'Suffragists: And They Persisted!'

In celebration of the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment, which gave women the right to vote, the Miami Valley Art Quilt Network presents an exhibition of art quilts in Roesch Library through Sept. 30, 2020. The quilts tell the stories of the women and men who fought for this amendment; how they worked for its passage; the amendment itself; and the timeline of ratification.
