"The Status of Women at the University of Dayton Report Card" reflects the representation of women employees across the life of the institution. Using data collected each fall from the University's Institutional Research Office, student policy interns have an integral role in producing the annual report card, which focuses on the composition of the workforce and highlights women's representation in academic and non-academic leadership.

UD Men for Gender Equity is an opportunity for men to increase their gender equity knowledge, skills, and strategies to affect positive personal and departmental change and enhance institutional inclusive excellence.
