UDRI COVID-19 Response Measures

Updated: August 19, 2020

To our Customers and Partners:

As you are aware, governments and organizations are taking extraordinary measures to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and reduce risk to the public health. Along these lines, the University of Dayton and its Research Institute have also adopted measures designed to balance the needs of our customers with the health and welfare of our employees. Among those measures:

  • UD and UDRI have suspended all business-related international travel for employees. Travel is also being restricted within the United States, depending on current risk levels at planned destinations;
  • Employees who are fully equipped to effectively perform all necessary duties remotely are teleworking from home;
  • We have put in place risk-reduction measures for employees whose work requires them to be in a UDRI workspace; and
  • We have canceled large events, and replaced in-person meetings with virtual conferencing whenever prudent.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation nationally and locally and make changes needed, keeping you apprised of any significant changes to our response measures. While we do not know how long these measures will be in place, we are dedicated to fulfilling our business commitments to you. Please let us know if you have concerns or questions about how we can best support your needs.
