For classrooms managed by UDit, UDit Classroom Support maintains a standard image for classroom computers. The software included in the current standard classroom computer image is listed below.

Classroom Support regularly verifies that the listed software is installed, updated and operational. Verification includes installing critical operating system updates, critical application updates and virus protection definition updates.
Support for Non-Standard Software
To request classroom software not included in the standard image, submit a request to the IT Service Center with the following:
- Review and approval of the academic department chairperson
- Review and approval of the unit IT Director
- A software installation source
- Software installation instructions
- User acceptance criteria for testing
- A technical support resource
- Appropriate software licensing
Once approved, requests will be fulfilled within 3-5 days, subject to room availability and time required to install and configure software.
