Pole Banner Policies

1. Banners need to be 40 inches long and 24 inches wide
2. Banners must have a 2.5 inch pocket on the top and bottom to fit onto pole 
3. Banners must have grommets as well as wind slits 

On Campus Banners

  • Humanities Plaza / Front of Kettering Labs - 10 Banners
  • RecPlex - 8 Banners
  • Central Mall - 16 Banners
  • Kennedy Union Plaza / Miriam Hall - 31 Banners
  • College Park - 6 Banners
  • Albert Emanuel / Frericks - 13 Banners

Reserving Banners

To have banners placed on light poles, please follow this process:

STEP 1:

All banners must follow the University Marketing and Communications Policy. Send completed artwork electronically to Shannon Miller at least one month prior to the date you plan to have banners printed. 

STEP 2:

Submit your request to reserve Pole Banners online.   Please submit your request at least two weeks in advance.  Please note that all requests to reserve pole banners must be submitted electronically.
