HRL Meeting Space Reservation Form
Guidelines
Housing and Residence Life (HRL) has various meeting spaces and conference rooms across our residential facilities. HRL allows students and student groups to utilize these spaces throughout the academic year.
These spaces are as they come in terms of room set-up and A/V capabilities. Those who utilize the spaces must return them in the condition they found them. Reservations must be made at least 2 business days in advance of the event date.
HRL Meeting Space Request
Complete the following for meeting spaces in Housing and Residence Life buildings only.
All reservations will be processed in the order in which they are received. Housing and Residence Life only takes reservations for the current semester. Requests outside of the current semester will be rejected.
Please allow 2 business days for processing. Requests must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the start of the event.
