Guidelines

Housing & Residence Life offers various meeting rooms that are available for use by University departments, organizations, current UD students, faculty and staff. Housing & Residence Life management reserves the right to determine appropriate use of space following University policies and protocols.

All reservations will be processed in the order in which they are received. Housing and Residence Life only takes reservations for the current semester. Requests outside of the current semester will be rejected.

Please note that meeting rooms are provided as-is regarding their setup and audio-visual equipment, unless indicated otherwise. We encourage all to maintain the cleanliness of the space during and after your event. Additionally, all reservations must be submitted at least 2 business days in advance to ensure availability and proper arrangements. Please email conferences@udayton.edu with any questions.
