Meeting Room Guidelines
Housing & Residence Life offers various meeting rooms that are available for use by University departments, organizations, current UD students, faculty and staff. Housing & Residence Life management reserves the right to determine appropriate use of space following University policies and protocols.
Eligible individuals can request meeting room spaces via 25Live. All reservations will be processed in the order in which they are received. Housing and Residence Life only takes reservations for the current semester. Requests outside of the current semester will be declined.
Please note that residential meeting rooms have a standard configuration and are provided as-is regarding their setup and audio-visual equipment, unless indicated otherwise. Anyone using spaces are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the space during and after your event. Reservation requests must be submitted at least 7 business days in advance to ensure availability and proper arrangements. Please email conferences@udayton.edu with any questions.
