New Student Housing
First-year students can apply for housing at porches.udayton.edu. Review the terms and conditions of the housing contract at resources. For move-in and orientation information, visit Student Transitions and Family Programs.
- All incoming students are assigned to live in housing with their peer group members.
- After submitting an enrollment confirmation, incoming students can complete the Housing & Meal Plan form in Porches. You can then enter our highly successful roommate match that considers personal habits and preferences, or you can create a roommate group to request a specific roommate. Housing is guaranteed and assigned, in each hall, regardless of the date the housing and meal plan form is completed.
Residential Facilities
There are a limited number of University-owned apartments designated for graduate and law students. Housing assignments are based on the submission of your Campus Housing Reservation Form or email request and availability of space.
You will be contacted in mid-May with graduate housing options. For questions, email Assignments Officer Veronica Champion at vchampion1@udayton.edu.
