About Us

The University of Dayton Counseling Center (UDCC) provides mental health services to students enrolled in University of Dayton undergraduate and graduate programs. Please see links below for answers to Frequently Asked Questions, current policies and procedures at UDCC, and information about our clinical staff.

Hours and Location

The Counseling Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, year-round. We are closed during all regular University holidays. After hours, we have a staff member who is on-call for mental health emergencies, who can be reached by calling Public Safety at 937-229-2121.

We are located in Gosiger Hall on the first floor. The UDCC entrance is separate from the Health Center entrance and is the same entrance used for many Student Development offices. You should enter through the door "up the hill" from the Health Center.
