Community Means Everyone Week

Community Means Everyone Week (the week before Thanksgiving each year) is an opportunity for the campus community to engage in discussion and reflection about living in authentic community where the dignity of each person is respected and celebrated, thus manifesting our Catholic and Marianist values. Community Means Everyone Week is an initiative of LGBTQ+ Student Services in collaboration with the Brook Center Student Government Association, Campus Ministry, Spectrum, and many other campus partners.

November 20th - International Transgender Day of Remembrance

Each year, just before Thanksgiving, members of the UD community comes together to remember the hundreds of people world wide who are killed each year as a result of transphobic violence.

We remember those whom it would be easy to forget. We honor them, committing to eliminate cruelty to our neighbors.

Those who attend the vigil share actions they will take to end transphobic violence. Share what you will do below:
