The Dean of Students Office has responsibility for overseeing the development, implementation and monitoring a comprehensive student development program to ensure student success. The area consists of the Department of Housing and Residence Life, Office of Community Standards and Civility, the Office of Multicultural Affairs, sexual violence prevention, alcohol and other drug education, and LGBTQ+ support services.
Built into the foundation of the Office of the Dean of Students are three ideas of challenge, support, and encouragement. We strive to promote a holistic learning experience through providing exemplary programs and services designed to enhance students’ academic and personal success.
We value a diverse student population that works to foster responsibility and collaboration in the Marianist tradition. The Office of the Dean of Students advocates for student issues, concerns, needs, accountability and responsibility. Dean of Student also responds to emergency and crisis situations affecting students and our community.
