Reserve a Room in Marianist Hall Learning Space

Who can reserve space at Marianist Hall Learning Space?
Academic Programs, Academic Classes, Residence Education, Departmental Academic Programs, Faculty/Staff Programs, Group Study, Tutoring Programs, and Cultural Arts events.

All events must have a faculty member, administrator, or staff member responsible and be present at the event. The event must be responsible for all set up and clean up from their event. If food is served at event, it must be approved by facility coordinator. Those using the space will be billed for any cleaning or facilities expenses incurred. All events must submit reservation for use of space. A no alcohol policy is in effect for the space.

The Learning Space cannot accommodate the following types of events:
Social Events, Fraternity/sorority events, Club events, and Intramural events.

The Marianist Hall Learning Spaces are available for reservation during our normal operating hours. To make a reservation request, please submit a request.

PLEASE NOTE: Blue areas indicate booked events; gray areas indicate unavailable hours. Use "Filter" feature to select a future date. This calendar is subject to change and does not include pending reservations. Submitting a request does NOT guarantee your reservation. Requests will be processed in the order they are received; you will receive a response via email by the end of the next business day. If space is not available to accommodate your event, additional rooms are available for academic/department reservations at ArtStreet and LTC.
