Federal Government
Federal Government
The University’s government relations office knows the importance of staying educated on current federal legislation and its impact on our University and higher education. That’s why we continue to foster relationships with federal officials by hosting their visits to campus and attending meetings, conferences and events with them. The University also spends considerable time on Capitol Hill meeting with legislators and agency representatives as well as networking with our own Dayton alumni serving in and around the federal government.
UD colleagues are respectfully asked to coordinate university-related conversations with elected officials' offices with the Government Relations Director, Ted Bucaro (229-4158) or the appropriate Research Institute colleague. Any conversations with elected officials concerning personal matters or those not related to the university require no such coordination.
If you would like to request a list of Flyers On and Around the Hill, please contact Ted Bucaro, Executive Director of Government and Regional Relations.
