Purpose
To provide for the compilation and distribution of prospective student contact information as labels or lists.
Scope
All campus units.

Policy
Contact and other information about high schools, prospective students and their parents obtained by the University shall be maintained by the Office of Enrollment Management and Marketing.
Such information may be provided as labels or lists to internal University offices with the approval of the University Registrar or an authorized representative of the Registrar. Requests for such information may be approved only after consideration of a written request including a detailed description of the proposed event and/or project goals and purpose.
