UD in the news Sept. 25-Oct. 2

University Business, the Dayton Daily News, the Dayton Business Journal and Dayton TV station WDTN highlighted UD's record enrollment while Catholic News Service, Marketplace, Reuters, DIVERSE: Issues in Higher Education and The Independent sought UD faculty expertise for stories. Statewide news outlet Spectrum News 1 and WDTN chronicled student efforts to keep the Dayton Independent Film Festival alive despite COVID-19 restrictions.

Several local news outlets interviewed faculty experts about election-related issues and covered a class debate watch party for student reaction.

WDTN-TV also featured the winner of the Flyer Pitch competition and the Dayton Daily News wrote about a new $60 million contract for the University of Dayton Research Institute.
