President Eric F. Spina is expected to testify before the Ohio House Finance Subcommittee on Higher Education today in support of the Ohio College Opportunity Grant (OCOG).

OCOG is the state’s only need-based financial aid program. The state awarded more than $1 million through the program to UD students this academic year.

The grant is important to the University’s efforts to enroll and graduate more talented low- and moderate-income students.
