Sikh Students

Sikh Life at the University of Dayton

In seeking to support students of all faiths, Campus Ministry maintains connections with local gurdwaras and partners with student organizations on programs and events to celebrate Sikh life on campus.

Student Organizations

There is currently no Sikh student organization at this time. If you are interested in starting a Sikh student organization, please contact Colleen Brown in Campus Ministry for support.

Although not directly affiliated with Campus Ministry, the Indian Students Association partners with Campus Ministry for important religious holidays and other events. Find out more by connecting with the Indian Students Association on 1850.

The meat served at the dining facilities in Virginia W. Kettering Hall is halal, therefore some of the meals served may be considered kutha. This includes the Compass Grill, the Mongolian Grill, Passports, and the Southwest Bar. The main dining hall in Kennedy Union does not serve halal or kosher meats.

Local Gurdwaras

More information coming soon. Locations listed are for convenience, they are not affiliated with or endorsed by the university.
