The Marian Library is open to the University of Dayton community on an appointment only basis until further notice. A University of Dayton ID is required to enter the building.

To access circulating materials, please see the instructions below on borrowing.

Borrowing Items

Please request an item through its catalog record found in Items are gathered daily Monday-Friday. You will automatically receive an email when your items are ready for pickup at the first-floor Hello Desk located in the Roesch Library lobby. Please contact the Marian Library to make an appointment for access to non-circulating items that do not have a catalog request option.

Exhibits and Popular Displays

The gallery spaces are closed with the hope to host public exhibits again when it is safe and when resources allow. The Saint John’s Bible is on display near the first-floor lobby. A video detailing the Mirror of Hope is available at See Virtual Exhibits & Videos for access to Marian Library virtual exhibits as well as videos that highlight our collections.
