“Everyone had experiences at Dayton that they either want to amplify or improve. And I think if you look back at your experience and say, ‘Wow, this thing that happened to me was amazing. I wish more kids could do that.’ Or, ‘There were some resources that were missing for me here. I want to be an agent of change to fill in that gap.’ If we all do just a bit to make it a bit better, I think we can really be proud of something that we worked on together.”
