Of the River
I learned about Heraclitus in a philosophy class at UD: “You can never step into the same river twice.” The flow of our experience has potential for meanderings, opening new doors, or just contemplating, accepting what is real. The foundation laid at the University of Dayton and the Dayton Art Institute enabled me to build a practice that is now being processed into the Smithsonian Archives of American Art.
