Every day is denim day
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Wednesday, April 27, 2022 is Denim Day, where individuals are asked to make a social statement with their fashion by wearing jeans as a visible means of protest against the misconceptions that surround sexual violence, support survivors of sexual assault, and to protest against victim blaming. A special display of assorted denim jeans has been posted on the hallway window of The Hangar, inside Kennedy Union.
