Heartland
Speaker Sarah Smarsh filled up Torch Lounge on Monday Night to talk about her book called Heartland, she spoke as a part of the UD speaker series. Sarah shared about her book which is a memoir about her rural Kansas upbringing and economic inequality. Her hope from the book and through speaking is to serve a greater civic responsibility.
