Rachel Twardzik, senior theater major from Cleveland (left), and Travis Dwire, senior theater major from Dayton (right), use a chalk line reel to create a grid on a scenery flat for a class assignment. The class, here in Boll Theater, is Scenic Painting-303, of the Theater, Dance, and Performance Technology Department. One of the objectives is to take dimensional readings and transfer them from a schematic diagram to the flat in the proper proportions and shapes.
