Teaching Consultations & MIDs
Reflect on Your Teaching with a MID
Register to receive or facilitiate a MID [Fall 2024]
The Midterm Instructional Diagnosis (MID) provides an opportunity for faculty to receive feedback from students and facilitators in the middle of a semester, enabling them to make just-in-time adjustments to their courses to improve student learning. The LTC offers MIDs in both the fall and spring semesters.
Faculty can also solicit anonymous feedback from students at any time with the MID tool in Canvas. Contact onlinelearning@udayton.edu for details. Since this tool doesn't require a peer facilitator, faculty are encouraged to discuss results and potential course adjustments with the LTC; email ltc@udayton.edu to arrange a consultation.
Teaching Consultations
Staff and faculty associated with the LTC are available for one-on-one consultations on a wide variety of teaching and learning topics. Contact ltc@udayton.edu with questions or comments.
