Are you a woman who is majoring in business? Are you interested in developing a close-knit community with other first-year women who are majoring in business? Do you want to connect with business faculty and staff inside and outside of the classroom? If so, then the Integrated Living and Learning Community for Women’s Business Leadership is for you.
Women’s Business Leadership (WBL) community members are residence hall mates (Living) and classmates in a members-only Fall section of BIZ 201 – Introduction to Business (Learning). In addition, WBL members have access to professional development, social and service opportunities tailored to first-year women business students.

BIZ 201 – Introduction to Business
Course will fulfill graduation requirements specific to your major.
- Interact with women faculty, professionals and alumni in business (speakers, networking events and socials).
- Discuss topics related to women in business.
- Participate in community service activities with a nonprofit partner in the Dayton Community.
- Participate in community building, service and social events.
