UD alumni currently living in Ohio may receive a free courtesy card. A valid photo ID and proof of current residence, such as a recent bill, must be verified before the card is issued. Marianists can also receive a free courtesy card; identification is required.

Courtesy Cards

Courtesy cards are issued at the first-floor Information Point desk to anyone without a UD account for $50. Courtesy cards are effective for one year and may be renewed. 

SOCHE/OhioLINK

SOCHE members will be issued a free courtesy card. Identification from your home institution is required. Borrowing policies of your home institution apply. 

OhioLINK faculty, staff or students must use their home institution ID card. Borrowing policies of your home institution apply. If you have any questions, please call your home library for more information. 

State Library of Ohio cardholders can borrow UD materials for free by requesting them via OhioLINK. Dayton Metro Library, Greene County Public Library and Washington Centerville Public Library cardholders can borrow UD materials using SearchOhio.
