Frequently Asked Questions

Fall classes will be online until at least September 14.

The Law@Dayton weekly online class schedule will not change. 

Classes in the Government Contracting and Procurement Master's Program will continue online through the fall semester. Online LL.M. and Patent PLUS certificate students will continue online classes as normal.

Ohio postponed its July bar exam until October and other jurisdictions have made similar decisions. The law school will provide bar prep assistance to students until they take their bar exam. Please contact Micheline Kidwell at if you have questions. 

Anyone with card access can return to Keller Hall for UDSL-approved purposes provided they keep their time in the building to a minimum and they maintain social distancing. If you have questions, contact Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Registrar Shannon Penn at

The Zimmerman Law Library is closed until further notice.

The School of Law discourages in-person study groups and encourages students to meet via an online platform like Zoom. Click here to set up your free Zoom account and to learn more about getting started.
