Robert Bauman '84 in January earned his 500th victory as soccer coach at Jesuit High School in Tampa, Florida. He also practices law at the Morris Law Firm in Tampa.


Mark Stanley '81 was named managing partner of Hartman Underhill & Brubaker LLP of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, effective January 1, 2010. Mark, who specializes in zoning and land use law, joined the 24-attorney firm in 1981, became partner in 1989 and was named to its management committee in 2003.


Matthew D. Austin '02 has joined Barnes & Thornburg LLP in its Columbus, Ohio, office, where he serves as an of counsel member of the firm's Labor and Employment Law Department. Matthew was selected as an Ohio Rising Star in the 2010 edition of Ohio Super Lawyers.


Angela Ceccarelli '09 joined Thompson Hine in its Dayton office, working in the firm's Real Estate practice group.


Julie Reiter Pellerite '09 joined the Chicago firm Maria Baldini-Potermin & Associates, P.C., where she focuses on family-based immigration law and removal defense.


Matthew T. Fitzsimmons '80, a partner and head of commercial and business litigation at the Cleveland law firm of Nicola, Gudbranson & Cooper, has been elected Chairman of the Board of Trustees of NorthEast Ohio Neighborhood Health Services, Inc. Matt is also an adjunct professor at Cleveland State University College of Law, where he coteaches mediation with U.S. District Court Judge Dan Polster of the Northern District of Ohio.


Peter A. Draugelis '00, a member of Dinsmore & Shohl's Cincinnati office, has been elected to serve as President of the Oakley, Ohio, Community Council. Draugelis will serve a one-year term.
