Faculty at the University of Dayton School of Law are passionate, engaged scholars who inspire their students to think critically and create meaningful change. To meet its growing needs, Dayton Law has hired a number of nationally and internationally prominent faculty in recent years.
Challenging In Class
Between 2015 and 2023, the School of Law saw the one of the largest entering median GPA jumps of any law school in the country according to ABA 509 Reports with an improvement of .57 from 3.04 to 3.61 and its 7 point median LSAT jump was also among the highest in the nation. UDSL is also now the most selective school in Ohio based on the number of students who apply compared to how many are accepted.
Engaged In Community
The School of Law is making a difference through programs like the Human Rights and Hanley Sustainability collaboratives, which offer students a chance to gain hands-on experience while working to solve problems and help clients.
