Intellectual Property Law Society

front pillarsThe Intellectual Property Law Society (IPLS), one of Dayton Law’s largest student-run organizations, focuses on intellectual property law. Throughout the year, IPLS members have the opportunity to listen to several guest speakers with experience in all facets of intellectual property law.  Students should visit the IPLS TWEN site to learn more about meetings and events.

Other IP Law Organizations

American Intellectual Property Law Association: represents a wide spectrum of individuals, companies and institutions involved in the practice of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and unfair competition law. Its members represent both owners and users of intellectual property.

Cincinnati Intellectual Property Law Association: provides valuable continuing legal education to its members by securing top quality, nationally recognized speakers to address current issues in intellectual property law.

Columbus Intellectual Property Law Association: nonprofit organization that provides information and continuing legal education to IP professionals located in Columbus and central Ohio.

Dayton Intellectual Property Law Association: dedicated to maintaining excellence in the practice of intellectual property law in Dayton and southwestern Ohio; provides a forum for members to meet and discuss leading issues in the field of intellectual property law.

Toledo Intellectual Property Law Association: professional organization for intellectual property professionals and like-minded individuals in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.
