Program Overview

LEADING TO A MASTER’S DEGREE IN AMERICAN AND TRANSNATIONAL LAW

Through this master's degree program, students with scientific and technical backgrounds will have the opportunity to advance their careers in the growing area of patent law. The program is designed for those who want to be at the cutting-edge of technology, helping inventors and corporations bring innovations to market. Developed in cooperation with the Air Force Research Laboratory and Wright Brothers Institute, the program prepares students to understand the science behind patents and the law that secures them, while providing them with the business skills and acumen to manage innovation and maximize value.

NO GMAT, GRE OR LSAT REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

Students may choose to take the United States Patent and Trademark (USPTO) Patent Bar Exam, join the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and practice as patent agents. Those wanting to take the USPTO Patent Bar should review USPTO requirements for admission.
