Global Learning Away

At the University of Dayton, we seek opportunities that allow our students, faculty and staff to connect with the global community.  This is accomplished through formal partnerships with international organizations and universities abroad that offer a variety of options for academic and professional development.

In order to enhance higher learning and cultivate cross-cultural skills, the Office of Education Abroad offers programming in the context of both Education Abroad (International) and Education Away (Domestic).  We provide opportunities that align with each student’s academic, professional, or personal goals. These opportunities can occur over the summer or winter break, through one of our integrated learning programs, via a cross-cultural experience, or by studying at another university for a semester or full year.  Through studying, interning, or volunteering in such places as Ireland, Malawi, South Korea, Hawaii or Chile, we strive to provide access to global and intercultural experiences for all our students at the University of Dayton.
