What is CCC?

Sponsored by the Center for International Programs and Housing & Residence Life, CCC brings international and U.S. students together as community to engage in a series of structured relationship-building and intercultural development activities.

Learning Goals

• Learn about your own cultures and identities.
• Learn about the cultures and identities of your roommate and community members.
• Learn how to communicate effectively and set expectations.
• Learn how to build a positive, cross-cultural living environment.

What to Expect

• At check-in, you will receive your name tag and an information packet.
• You will be assigned to a team and each "team" is led by a student leader (SL).
• SLs have been trained to guide their team through the CCC experience, answer questions and provide peer-to-peer support throughout the year. SLs lead all team-building activities and assist their team with navigating campus and following the CCC orientation schedule.
• Meals will be provided as indicated on the schedule. Please complete the survey you received in your e-mail to indicate your dietary needs.
• You will participate in various team-building activities designed to help you get to know the community and develop your roommate relationship. Please dress comfortably in tennis shoes.
