Concourse D: What's Next
A student-designed project development studio and collaboration space comes to life.
In the summer of 2017, as part of the third annual Institute of Applied Creativity for Transformation (IACT) Collaboration Accelerator, a team of 12 UD students were asked a somewhat outlandish question: “What is a library without books?” Their answer, after several weeks of research and creative development: Concourse D — a project development studio for students, faculty and university affiliates to connect, collaborate and create. Concourse D opened on the renovated second floor of Roesch Library in the fall of 2019.

On Wednesday, November 8, the campus and wider Dayton community are invited to Roesch Library to experience a prototype of an innovative collaboration space known as Concourse D.
Concourse D is a prototyped project development studio located on the second floor of Roesch library that emerged from the 2017 Collaboration Accelerator program.
