Due to the University’s COVID status, ArtStreet is closed at this time except for academic courses and approved events. If you wish to use ArtStreet space for your events or in-person meetings, please submit your request through the 1850 platformArtStreet Cafe will be open during limited hours for grab-and-go service. GEM: An Experimental Learning Lab

The GEMnasium is a transdisciplinary incubator for social innovation that has transformed learning for more than 1,400 students and over 45 educators across 20 different disciplines since its launch in 2018.

Expanding Our Influence

The Hub at the Dayton Arcade will be an urban laboratory for students from all majors. It will house our second GEMnasium experimental classroom, the Crotty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, Art and Design studio spaces, a makerspace, an engineering innovation center, and a student-run bistro operated by Flyer Enterprises.
