Open Enrollment will begin October 29th and will run through November 11th. All documentation must be received by Human Resources no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 11th. Changes will not be permitted after the close of Open Enrollment on November 11, 2024.

You will be receiving a packet of information from Anthem which will describe the changes to your plan for 2025.  In addition, please click on the following video link from Anthem to provide an explanation of the new coverage.

There have been no changes to the dental plan benefits for 2025.  There will be no increase in premiums.  

No action is necessary if you do not want to change your health or dental coverage.
