Yellow Ribbon for Undergraduate Students

At the University of Dayton, eligible undergraduate students receiving Chapter 33 Post 9/11 and Yellow Ribbon have their cost of tuition completely covered while using veterans' benefits! In many cases, students also receive merit scholarship awards from the university that help cover room and board or other educational expenses.

To receive veterans' education benefits, students must Apply for Chapter Benefits before receiving them for the first time.  Each semester, students should submit a UD Request for VA Certification after finalizing their schedules.  To be considered for Yellow Ribbon, please also complete the Yellow Ribbon Application as soon as possible.

*Please note: The Yellow Ribbon award funded by the University may impact institutional need-based aid that you have previously been awarded. Students must use Chapter 33 Post 9/11 benefits at the 100% benefit level in combination with Yellow Ribbon for full tuition coverage under this program.
