The Grad Fair is your one stop shop for all your graduation needs. Learn more about how to pick up your cap and gown. Order your class ring and graduation announcements. Shop Diploma Frames and graduation gifts. Interact with a representative from Flyer Student Services to check your major, minor and name pronunciation for the commencement ceremony. Receive valuable information from Career Services, Alumni Relations, and more!
The Fall 2023 Grad Fair will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023! It is held at the UD Bookstore. All Summer and Fall graduates are highly encouraged to attend, as this is your opportunity to pick up your cap and gown and visit with offices across campus.
Please note: Students do not need to purchase their caps and gowns at the Grad Fair, as the cost as already been factored in via general University costs and the graduate/doctoral graduation fee. Thank you!
Pick up your cap and gown at the Grad Fair!
If you are unable to attend the Grad Fair but would like to have a friend/family member pick up your cap and gown, please email graduation@udayton.edu using your UD email, with your pick up person's name. The pick up person must present a valid ID at the time of the Grad Fair in order to obtain your items!

Order your commemorative graduation gifts here! All online orders will be available for pickup on site the day of the graduation. To retrieve your order, please stop by our booth located conveniently at the entrance to the graduation before the ceremony begins. As part of our commencement planning, we've contracted with "NameCoach", a service that allows graduates to record the proper pronunciation of their names to ensure you are announced correctly at the graduation ceremony. Click here for further instructions on how to record your name.

Let us know what your plans are after graduation! Complete the online Flyer First Destination Survey to share if you are starting a new job, grad program, volunteering or looking for your next move. Career Services is available for alumni at no charge, so schedule an appointment to meet with a Career Advisor if you need assistance with your post-graduation plans.
