Intent to Return Form

Please complete the Intent to Return form if you are resuming your studies at the University of Dayton after a leave of absence of one or more terms. Law School students should contact the Law School at lawoffofreg@udayton.edu to express their intent to return.

Students should complete this form on or after:

• March 31 - Fall or Summer semester return
• November 1 - Spring semester return

Students in the School of Education and Health Sciences Online Program should complete this form on or after:

• June 1 - Fall semester return
• October 1 - Spring semester return
• February 1 - Summer semester return

Submit the Intent to Return form as soon as possible to ensure that it will be processed in time prior to the start of the term. Intent to Return forms will not be processed after the first Thursday of the term in accordance with the University of Dayton's attendance policy that states all students must attend the first week of the term. If you have been adjudiated guilty or convicted of a misdemeanor of felony, the request will take approximately two additional weeks to process as a committee reviews it.
