Registration

Shaping Your Semester

Whether you are a current undergraduate student or taking a graduate class for the first time, we are here to help. Choosing which classes to take is tough enough. Flyer Student Services has worked hard to make registering for a class easy. Please refer to the Registration Flight Plan for all registration related questions.

The registration process is computer generated based off of earned credit hours. Students are grouped by class standing and then each class is given access to begin registration. Registration is open until classes begin the upcoming term. No EXCEPTIONS are permitted to time tickets once posted.

Currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students can search and register for courses. To find your Registration time slot, please check your registration status.

Students are strongly encouraged to meet with their academic advisor or assistant dean if they have concerns about their class schedule or the options that are available during registration time.

Those students who are not working towards a degree but wish to take classes at the University of Dayton may apply for admission as a Non-Degree Seeking Student. For further information, please visit Professional and Continuing Education.

The Cross Registration Program allows degree-seeking students access to academic opportunities not available at their home institutions to maintain their current home institution program of study. Students enrolled at college or university within SOCHE may register for courses that are available at other SOCHE institutions and GC3 institutions.

Desired course(s) must not be available at the home institution during the term the student wishes to enroll and must be course(s) required for the student's program. Generally, most courses, except study aboard, are eligible — subject to space availability, completion of prerequisite courses, and permission of both the home and host institution.

University of Dayton Students

As a UD student, you may enroll for academic credit in courses offered at participating Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education (SOCHE) area colleges.

For further information about cross registration, please visit the SOCHE website.
