Training and College Fairs

Don't worry — we won't send you out into the recruiting world without help!

You may not have experience recruiting prospective students to the University, but you do have one essential element: enthusiasm about the University of Dayton. We can help you translate that passion for the University as you talk with prospective students and their families.

Through our training materials, you'll understand what to expect at a College Fair and what guidelines the National Association of College Admission Counseling (NACAC) says you must follow. We'll also provide you with updated facts and answers to common questions about the University of Dayton.

You'll learn about your role as a recruitment volunteer, what to expect during a college fair, tips for talking with students and parents, when to arrive, what materials will be provided and more.

Of course, we are always available to answer any questions. Just give us a call!
