December 2020 Virtual Commencement

During your time at UD, you opened your mind to new knowledge and perspectives. You opened your heart to new ways of leading and serving. And you opened your future to unlimited possibilities. We are proud of all you learned and achieved.

To recognize your accomplishments and honor the graduation date that will appear on your diploma, we invite you to return to this site on December 19, 2020, at 9:45 a.m. (Eastern) for virtual commencement. The University has partnered with the company, StageClip, to produce an online ceremony. It mirrors our in-person ceremony – with an exciting addition. You will have the opportunity to customize your part in the ceremony by uploading your photo, video, or writing a thank-you message which will be shared after your name is read in the procession during the ceremony.

The virtual ceremony will be broadcast here and we invite you to return to this site for commencement on December 19. A recording will be available on demand after the event. You can also download graduation backgrounds, social media frames and printable banners from the "downloads" section below. In addition, each student will be provided with their own individual graduation video clip to post and share via social media.
