Special Event Attendance Report Request Form
The Special Attendance Report can be generated for any event that has a door access reader outside the classroom. The student will present their card upon arrival (no more than 15 minutes before event) and again when leaving (no more than 15 minutes after event). Reports will be available within 2 business days.
