The University of Dayton is deeply committed to creating a community free of discrimination and harassment, including sexual violence. The full articulation of this commitment is found in the Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy. The University has made all employees* mandatory reporters of incidents that may indicate discrimination or harassment; this reporting requirement is detailed in the Mandatory Reporting Policy.
