Additional Services - Faculty/Staff

Mailing Services is located on the 1st Floor of Fitz Hall.  Enter at the South-East corner (across from Graul Tennis Complex) and ring the buzzer to gain access to Mailing Services.

Business Hours:

• Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Saturday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Closed Sundays and University posted holidays

Mailing services include:

• First Class
• Nonprofit and presorted standard
• Automated addressing
• Sorting
• Inserting
• Tabbing
• Outgoing USPS mail and delivery of letters/parcels to UD departments

Mailing helpful hints:

• Items to be metered must have UD department return address
• Sending department mail packages must have a valid FOAPAL account card attached to their outgoing mail
  
• International mail must be separated from regular mail and have custom forms attached as required by the USPS
  
• All large envelopes must be sealed
