3 + 2 Accelerated Engineering Programs

Earn Your Bachelor's Degree + Master's Degree in Just Five Years!

The University of Dayton (UD) has partnered with two separate universities:

to offer you an accelerated path to complete your bachelor's and master's degrees in five years.

You'll apply to Ohio Dominican University or Walsh University and complete your first three years of undergraduate engineering studies.

Afterwards, you'll attend UD to complete your final year of your bachelor's degree and simultaneously work towards your master's degree without paying a University of Dayton application fee, nor submitting letters of recommendation, a personal statement or other UD admission materials.

Plus + You'll receive a 50 percent discount off undergraduate tuition during your first year at UD, and a 30 percent discount off graduate engineering tuition during your second year.

Who Can Apply

To receive full acceptance to the University of Dayton School of Engineering via the Accelerated Engineering Program, you must:

  1. major in biology, chemistry or computer science via a 3+2 track;
  2. enroll at Ohio Dominican University or Walsh University as a first-year student because this program is not available to transfer students;
  3. earn an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 by the midpoint in your junior year.
