Research, Serve, Experience

The transportation engineering program at the University of Dayton is committed in facilitating and supporting student success by providing excellent educational opportunities that involve theoretical and hands-on experiences, services to the community, and applying design and research skills in the undergraduate and graduate curriculums. The undergraduate and graduate level curriculums incorporate elements of problem-based learning features that are geared toward exposing the students to real-world transportation-related problems.

Local Agencies and Firms

The University of Dayton is a champion of learn and serve philosophy. If your agency or firm has an applied research or design project that would be appropriate for an undergraduate or graduate student, please contact Dr. Eustace. The University of Dayton encourages cooperation with local agencies as both the students and local agencies stand to benefit from this kind of cooperation.
