The workshop is organized by the Center of Excellence for Thin-film Research and Surface Engineering (CETRASE), University of Dayton, in cooperation with the Srinakarinwirot University, Bangkok, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Thailand, and National Electronics and Computer Technology Center, Thailand.

Manuscript Submissions - Due May 31
Submissions are welcome for the full manuscript for the Proceedings volume of the TFE3S Workshop. The Proceedings will be published by SPIE after a review of the manuscript by the program committee. After a review, you will be provided an opportunity to submit a final camera ready manuscript by May 31, 2025. We invite all authors, including invited speakers to submit a full manuscript. The workshop is designated as TFE25 in the SPIE system.

SPIE — the international society for optics and photonics, is a cooperating organization in this workshop. SPIE will process the abstracts and publish the proceedings on the SPIE Digital Library, which is the largest database of optics and photonicsresearch with over 450,000 items.
TFE3S presenters should submit papers to the proceedings to enable a full record of the workshop.
