Before you follow the online application link, please have your plan of study and the admission essay prepared according to these guidelines. You will lose your data if you do not complete the application. This sample application and Word document template may help you to complete the application offline, so you can copy and paste your data into the actual application. In addition, the following should be prepared in Word or PDF format to upload:
- Admission essay: Explain in two pages or less (a) what you hope to accomplish through participation in the Grand Challenges Scholars Program and (b) how your plan of study relates to your specific Grand Challenges theme and fulfills the five competencies at your selected immersion level.
