Each rooms is staffed by a three-teacher team, all of whom are either certified by the Child Development Association or hold a master's, bachelor's or associate's degree in early childhood education.

Children are assigned to classrooms based on many factors, including their age, developmental level, and the gender and chronological makeup of the class.
