Leadership for Educational Systems (MSE)
About the Leadership for Educational Systems program
The Leadership for Educational Systems program at the University of Dayton is designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of the United States system of education and to develop skills to lead educational systems.
The program features an interdisciplinary approach. The UD departments of Educational Administration, Counselor Education and Human Services and Teacher Education provide courses in the program. Coursework will provide a scholarly examination of leadership across diverse educational settings.
Program goal
Offer students with limited or no experience with U.S. educational systems a structured degree program that provides the necessary knowledge and tools to engage in a successful transition into leadership roles within educational settings.
A teaching license is not required and no previous educational experience is needed in order to participate in this program.
